That’s right folks it looks like Whitney Houston is done with Bobby Brown.
The Grammy-winning, superstar singer filed papers in Orange County Superior Court on Friday requesting a legal separation from her husband of 14 years. The reason given was irreconcilable differences.
“It is a legal separation. It is not a divorce or a divorce petition,” Phaedra Parks, an entertainment lawyer in Atlanta who represents Brown, told The Associated Press.
will need to find a rhyme that is just as catchy at “crack is whack” for her divorce proceedings so she we win a judgement and keep all her cash. Speaking of crack who will get to keep all the drugs hidden in the marital home? Is there a law on the books that states they are split 50/50? If you better get to smoking Bobby!

Anna Nicole’s sons death “suspicious”, possible charges

The sudden death of Anna Nicole’s 20 year old son is growing more mysterious each day. New stories out of the Bahamas give additional detail about the death and some new questions that need to be answered.
Anna Nicole Smith frantically tried to revive her son and had to be sedated after he died, her attorney said Wednesday. Authorities termed the death “suspicious” and said criminal charges could be filed.
“The devastation and grief over Daniel’s sudden death coupled with the sedation has been so extreme that Anna Nicole experienced memory loss of the event,” attorney Michael Scott said.
The chief inspector of the Bahamas coroner’s office on Wednesday called the death of 20-year-old Daniel Smith “suspicious” and a formal inquiry that could lead to criminal charges was scheduled for next month.

Thew new Joker has to take a class on how not to piss off every comic book fan in the world before making the next Batman movie. Heath Ledger let the expletives fly when discussing his feeling towards comic book movies.
I actually hate comic book movies, like fucking hate them, they just bore me shitless and they’re just dumb. But I thought what Chris Nolan did with Batman was actually really good, really well directed, and Christian Bale was really great in it.
That is like tell somebody that they are a fat slob, but they carry the extra weight really well. Why is Heath so angry? Does he feel like he is a more serious actor know after “Brokeback Mountain” and all the Oscar hype? Heath do yourself a favor and check out what Cuba Gooding Jr. has done since his Oscar win.
Come on Heath how about a smile?

Jay-Z is coming out of retirment

Looks like the short lived and very active retirement is officially coming to an end. The rapper has declared that he is releasing a new CD this year.
Details are beginning to surface about Jay-Z’s long-rumored comeback album, which will be his first since announcing his retirement three years ago and becoming president of Def Jam. The new disc is reportedly titled “Kingdom Come” and due in November via Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam. It is expected to feature production from Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Kanye West and Coldplay’s Chris Martin.
Just because he wasn’t releasing his on CD doesn’t mean he wasn’t busy the last few years. I wasn’t counting, but by my estimate I think he was featured in around 300 songs. During his retirement he became the president of a record label, dated Beyonce, recorded with the top stars in the business, and started pushing products for Apple. While he was doing that I watched a lot of television and it was incredible!
Get used to this picture - he will tour again!

Vibe magazine dumps Aguilera goes with Bobby Brown

Christina Aguilera might have out a new critically acclaimed CD, a new husband, and a fresh clean image, but that didn’t keep Vibe magazine from kicking her to the curb for their next cover in favor of Bobby Brown.
The Dirty star gave an interview and posed for a photo shoot for the publication as part of the publicity for her new album Back To Basics - but the feature has been shelved after new owners took over the magazine.
Aguilera’s piece was ditched and she was replaced by Brown.
Talk about the ultimate insult. This is like getting fired and being replace by a crack whore or something. I understand Bobby Brown used to be something in the world of music, but what the hell has he done in the last 15 years aside from turning Whitney into a drug addict and making a horrible reality show? Hopefully Christina can recover or she may have to go back to her dirty ways!

Look like the 20 year old party girl has a thing or two to learn about being in an adult relationship. Lindsay and her boyfriend, Harry Morton, had a bit of a flare up after she decided to go after the musician.
Lindsay, 20, left Harry fuming after spending the entire night glued to DJ Sam Young.
On guest said: “She was all over him like a rash.”
Boyfriend Harry, the 25-year-old heir to the Hard Rock Café chain, told Lindsay she “was not paying him enough attention” to which she replied he should “stop being so insecure”.
Another guest told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Once they got in the Boujis tent, Lindsay made a beeline for Sam.
“She soon got carried away and she and Sam ended up DJing together. Then she began stroking his back and being really playful. At one stage, they even swapped numbers!
Come on Lindsay if you are going to flirt with some other guy while your boyfriend is at the same party at least try to be less obvious and just get it on in the bathroom or something. Maybe young Hollywood will figure out that all the parties and drinking don’t mix well with a serious relationship.

“On the Hollywood list of people I pray for often, Tom Cruise is probably No. 1,” the youngest of the Baldwin brothers told Radar Online. “I’d love to break bread with him and pray with him, and I’d love for the Holy Spirit of God to reveal the truth to him.”
Baldwin also says that Cruise is a “very different guy” from the person he was when they worked together on “Born on the Fourth of July.”
“That regular Joe quality seems to have been lost,” Says Baldwin. “When you buy enough of your own hype, then it’s not who you are anymore.”
The born-again Baldwin has written a book about spirituality, “The Unusual Suspect: My Calling to the New Hardcore Movement of Faith,” but when asked by Radar Online to name the Ten Commandments after much fumbling came up with only six. He was totally stumped when asked to name the seven deadly sins.

Crowe Will Host Tribute For Crocodile Hunter

Hollywood superstar-and-sometime musician Russell Crowe is hosting a tribute concert for his late friend Steve Irwin in Brisbane, Australia next week.
The Oscar-winning actor, who fronts The Ordinary Fear Of God, has been given three days off from shooting forthcoming movie American Gangster so he can fly back from the U.S. to his native Australia for the event.
Crocodile Hunter star Irwin died after being stung in the chest by a stingray while diving on the Great Barrier Reef last week.
Paying tribute to Irwin, Crowe said, “He was the ultimate wildlife warrior… He touched my heart. I believed in him. I’ll miss him.”

Former Texas Gov. Ann Richards, the witty and flamboyant Democrat who went from homemaker to national political celebrity, died Wednesday night at her home in Austin surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer, a family spokeswoman said.
She was 73.
She died at home surrounded by her family, the spokeswoman said.
I really loved her. She told it like it is and didn’t hold anything back. This is truly a great loss for the great State of Texas.

Another baby boy for Britney

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have added to their family with the birth of their second son.
Britney reportedly delivered a 6-pound, 11-ounce baby boy, via C-section, just before 2 a.m. this morning.
Federline reportedly took her to the hospital last night to prepare for her C-section surgery. Sean Preston was also born via C-section, almost a year ago. According to reports, Kevin was joined at Britney’s bedside by Britney’s mom, Lynne, and her sister, Jamie Lynne. No one from Kevin’s family was present.
There was no name given out for the child yet, but we will call him K-Fed Jr until something more official comes out. Best wishes to the new parents.
