Could the hotel heiress end up in a small concrete prison cell?  If prosecutors have their way Paris Hilton might have to actually pay a penalty for her reckless ways.

Prosecutors asked a judge on Thursday to revoke Paris Hilton’s probation for reckless driving, which could lead to jail time for the socialite, the City Attorney’s Office said.

A hearing has been set for April 17 for prosecutors to argue that Hilton, 26, violated the terms of her probation by knowingly driving with a suspended license, said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the city attorney, Rocky Delgadillo.

If there was anytime for Paris to end up in a big court case it would be right when The Simple Lifeis about to come back on the air.  That plus her new breasts could make season 5 the most watched yet.  Anyone else would have already served time in prison, but a lot of money can get you out of those situations.  Girls save up your cigs and you might be able to buy Paris for a few nights - she gives it up for a few drinks and cigs in prison are like gold!

Britney Spears and her ex-hubby, Kevin Federline have finally settled their divorce. All that’s required now is a signature from a judge.

Their lawyers were battling it out for 5 hours, but the two squared things up over a couple smokes during a 15-min break. Federline will receive $1 million and the two will share custody 50/50 of their two children. Even though there was speculation of Federline possibly acquiring close to $20 million, Brit had a solid prenuptial agreement before they were married.

Let’s face it $1 million dollars is not that much these days, however he will be receiving more than enough is support for the children and I’m sure he’ll get some shit endorsements. I’m not worried about good ol’ K-Fed. I used to hate him but I really think he is a genuinely nice guy. All in all she defiantly could have afforded to give him a few more dollars out of her $100 million fortune! Than again… that is her money. She had to lip-sync a lot of concerts to get that doe!

Bill O’Reilly seems to think that loud-mouth Rosie O’Donnell should be fired from ABC’s The View for her on going remarks on the war in Iraq and Iran after 9/11.

First off, I’ll be the first to say Rosie is an ignorant bitch and needs to shut her mouth most of the time, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t entitled to her own opinion, and I have to say I agree with her on this one.

What ARE we doing in the East besides killing men and woman (our own and the innocent). This is a massive question with many of you having different VIEWS or OPINIONS on it. That is the beauty of America, we are ENTITLED to our own opinions.

We are lost without our own opinions. Basically what O’Reilly is saying is that we should just believe what the government tells us because… well they’re absolutely right? Say’s who! Is it because of plane’s crashing into two towers that in no way, shape, or form should have fallen (my opinion), causing us to go after a man (Bin Laden) who we never caught, nor seem to care about anymore.

Now I could go on and on about this subject but that’s not the point. The point is, I can speak my mind if I so feel. Why? Because I’m a human being! As for the caller on the video, I understand his pain. But he’s not being rational. His son went out to fight in something he believed in (whether what he thought he was fighting for was the truth or not) and he was killed in action. That does not justify that why we are in Iraq is because of War on Terrorism!

I’m sorry if what I’m trying to say is a little sloppy but my point is that I think Rosie is brave to challenge the government and the people of this country for that matter. You don’t have to believe her, but do some research, don’t believe everything the government and media tells you.

I have my beliefs. I 100% agree with Rosie. Our government caused 9/11! Though I’m sure their view was to better our country in the long run, they caused it by either A) Creating it or B) Knowingly Letting it happen. Either way this should not stand! Just because we want control of a gazillian dollar oil industry? Why would we want all that oil? Money… pure and simple. Why was the electric car killed by GM and the government when it was a perfect product? Because gas and oil mean money, and we are dependent on it.

Again I could go on and on… but just challenge yourself and the government.

For starters if you haven’t seen this video watch it. Watch the whole thing, take it for what it’s worth, believe it or don’t. It can’t hurt to watch and see things from a side the powers at be may not have wanted you to see it.

The “dirty” blonde singer with the powerful voice has ruffled the feathers of some fans in the New York area ater apparently being caught lip syncing during her set.

Audiences at the Madison Square Garden show were alerted to the possibility that the Dirrty singer might have been miming through the entire set when she encountered undisclosed technical problems.

The blonde star’s manager Irving Azoff admitted there were some sound-related problems during the show, but did not comment on the allegations that Christina was lip-syncing.

You mean to tell me that Britney and Ashlee aren’t alone when it comes to pretending to sing? Could Christina be the nextMilli Vanilli?  Maybe she suffers from acid reflux or possible she was using a background track to enhance her vocals in the old arena with poor sound quality.  I can’t wait to hear the excuse or see a video of the event.  If she did some sort of funny dance and ran off the stage you know she took lessons from Joe Simpson.

He probably had a bad cold or the flu. I talked to Michael a couple hours ago, and he’s fine. He’s having meetings.”

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline reached a settlement in their divorce Thursday, a spokesman for Federline’s attorney said. After a five-hour meeting with their attorneys present, Spears and Federline signed “a global settlement on all issues of their marriage,” said Michael Sands, a spokesman for Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Sands declined to elaborate on terms of the settlement, saying only that it covers child custody and financial matters.

Spears’ attorney, Laura Wasser, declined to comment.

The settlement came more than a week after Spears checked out of a luxurious rehab center. During her nearly one-month stay at Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility, Spears and Federline were under a temporary agreement that gave them joint custody of their two young sons.

When Spears filed for divorce on Nov. 7, the pop star cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending her two-year marriage to Federline. She sought custody of the children, with visitation rights for Federline.

Federline counter-filed court papers the following day seeking sole custody of their boys - 6-month-old Jayden James and 18-month-old Sean Preston - and for spousal support.

The carousel of celebrity arrests continues as Taboo, singer from the Black Eyed Peas, was arrestedfor drug possession yesterday.

Sheriff’s deputies were called to Grand Avenue and Valley Boulevard around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after a report of a non-injury vehicle collision, said Deputy Jeff Cannon.

Deputies from the Industry station talked to Gomez, 31, then detained him. A search of his vehicle turned up marijuana and medicine that did not have a required prescription, authorities said.

If you didn’t think that Taboo was hitting the pipe now and again please raise your hand. No one? Thought so! To go around with hair like that and to dress like he does you know he has to be high at least half of the time he is awake. Since he is a celebrity he will probably have to wash floors for a week or maybe sweep up some litter in a park. Breaking the law as a celebrity must be so much fun!

Spies at an after-party celebrating the series’ final season at West 27th Street spot Guest House saw a smooth Gandolfini “pick up a girl Tony Soprano-style.” According to a witness, he “chatted up a young brunette, led her to the dance floor and gave her a spin.” A rep for Gandolfini said, “James was celebrating with his friends, family, and the cast and crew at the party.”

It’s over for Chris Sligh. Sligh, the curly-haired jokester who once claimed he was “bringing chubby back,” said goodbye to “American Idol” on Wednesday, becoming the latest singer bounced in viewer voting.

The sacking of Sligh, 28, who hails from Greenville, S.C., winnowed the number of “Idol” wannabes to nine. The winner will be chosen in May.

“I think it’s bye-bye, curly,” predicted Simon Cowell, before the results were announced.

Cowell said on Tuesday’s program that Sligh’s rendition of the Police classic “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” was a “mess.”

Haley Scarnato and Phil Stacey had the next-lowest vote tallies in the phone balloting, which drew more than 30 million calls and text messages.

Stacey, 29, of Jacksonville, Fla., managed to get on Cowell’s good side after his solid cover of “Every Breath You Take.”

“This may surprise you, Phil, but I actually thought that was very good,” Cowell said Tuesday.

The acerbic judge was not as nice to Scarnato, deriding the 24-year-old Texas girl’s take on “True Colors” as safe and forgettable.

(Question: Will Sanjaya Malakar, who is undoubtedly a national sensation, stick around until the finale? Could happen, as long as the “Idol” oddball keeps stoking watercooler discussion.)

Wednesday’s elimination show also featured a get-up-and-dance performance by Gwen Stefani and rapper Akon, who performed Stefani’s hit single “The Sweet Escape.”

In its sixth season, “American Idol” continues to rule the ratings. It has attracted 26 million to 37 million viewers per telecast this season.

Black Eyed Peas member Taboo, real name Jamie Luis Gomez, was busted for DUI Tuesday morning after he crashed his car in a small town 20 miles outside of LA.

After Searching his car they found some Canadian gold (marijuana) and medication that he didn’t have a prescription for.

He was jailed for just a few hours then let go after posting $5000 bail.

Big hair went home, but it belonged to Chris Sligh and not Sunjaya Malakar.  Dialidol was correct in their prediction that Sligh would be the least voted for contestant this evening.  Sunjaya can do no wrong and should go with pigtails next week with butterfly clips.  If he survives that he will be the next American Idol.  I thought Chris had a very pure voice, but his trouble with timing really cost him.  Only 9 weeks to go!

Angelina’s Nightmare: Birth Mom Wants Son Back!

Baby trouble for Angelina Jolie. Her newly adopted son Pax Thien Jolie, from Ho Chi Minh City is not adapting well to his new home in Malibu California. To make things worth his birth mother, Pham Thu Dung, single garment factory worker and a drug addict, wants to get profit from her child and might want to try getting her child back from Angelina.

Angelina’s lawyer assures Star that the adoption is final and binding. Insiders say that Angelina knew that there might be a problem with mother, because she knew that mother was alive. The actress decided to go ahead with the adoption process since the child was abandoned by his birth mother, the mother had no legal custody of a child anymore.

When the birth mother of the baby Pax found out secretly that the baby was adopted by multi millionaires, she decided to make some money from the child by trying to look for the baby in the hospital but was unsuccessful since she could not recognize her son. Angelina states that she is not going to pay money to his birth mother, because it would be like “blood money” to her.

Another issue that Angelina has to deal with is her that while the baby’s mother was pregnant with him she was on heroin. Family doctor tells Star that the child should be fine. Currently Angelina is looking for a Vietnamese nanny to make the environment for the new baby more home friendly.
