For months, rumors have circulated that Casey Aldridge has cheated on Jamie Lynn — but no one has come forward to confirm them, until now. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, 28-year-old Kelli Dawson reveals that she and Casey, 19, were romantically involved — and were still sleeping together when Jamie Lynn, now 17, was six months pregnant with his child. No fleeting hookup, Casey and Kelli’s relationship was both real and lasting — and it grew in intensity, even as Jamie Lynn announced she was pregnant. And, Kelli says, they still meet up on a regular basis. “I see him all the time, at least once a week,” she shares.

The pair first met in November 2006, at the home of her sister, Kim Toller. At the time, Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but the sexual chemistry between Casey and Kelli was instant. “We were both really attracted to each other,” Kelli reveals. “He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty.” The couple saw each other a few times and “kissed randomly,” but it wasn’t really “hot and heavy,” Kelli admits, until the spring of 2007. Though Casey and Jamie Lynn were still involved, Kelli insists, “You never knew if they were broken up or not, because it changed from day to day!”

The pair didn’t bother to hide their relationship. “Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years,” confirms Jason Alexander, Britney Spears’ first husband and a native of nearby Kentwood, La. “They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.”

Kelli says she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter, Maddie. “It just didn’t feel right,” she explains. “He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop.” She says the last time the couple had sex together was in March but “even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally.”

Jamie Lynn Spears is not officially an unwed teenage mother!  Jamie gave birth to a healthy baby girl Maddie Briann this morning.

“Just the family was there,” says a source about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at a hospital in Mississippi, near her Louisiana hometown. “Everyone is healthy and happy.”

Jamie Lynn’s sister Britney, father Jamie and brother Bryan flew in Wednesday to be with her for the birth; her mother Lynne had been with her helping her get ready for the baby.

According to reports, the couple has already made their first offer on a three-bedroom house in the town of Liberty.

Zoey 101 star Spears, who is seven months pregnant, has offered close to $300,000 for the house.
It boasts a loft, marble floors, a remodelled kitchen and games room.

There appears to be a bit of the old “good news, bad news” thing going on with Jamie Lynn Spears these days. The good news is, “she’s finally feeling better and has moved past her morning sickness,” a family insider tells PageSix.com. The bad news, though, is a bit of a bummer.

It seems that Jamie Lynn “has not wanted to be around Casey [Aldridge],” our source says, and the two look to be “on the outs right now, but not officially over yet.” But since Jamie Lynn’s mom, Lynne Spears, is trying to create a good public impression (well, as good as one can create for a pregnant 16-year-old), everyone is acting like everything is fine.

“Lynne feels the public, especially younger crowds, needs to see that Jamie is working things out with Casey,” the source continued — although it should be noted the two haven’t been seen together in public in over a month (since they were pictured above on February 9, to be exact).

Additionally, Jamie Lynn has been given free rein to set up her nursery. She has moved out of her bedroom in the family’s Kentwood, La., estate and set up the nursery with “lots of baby stuff and toys” in there. Meanwhile, she has moved into a smaller room next door. There is a rumor that the baby’s sex is known, but is not being shared.

Parents-to-be Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge have not split up, as a tabloid reported this week.

“It’s completely false,” a source close to the 16-year-old actress tells Usmagazine.com. “They are still together and he has not asked for a paternity test.”

The cover story of In Touch Weekly claims Spears was “dumped” and Aldridge is “convinced Jamie Lynn is lying” about the paternity.

Spears’ Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101, received a ratings bump from the news of her pregnancy. The teen was recently seen studying for her GED.

Britney Spears’s pregnant sister Jamie Lynn Spears’ hit TV show Zoey 101 has reportedly been cancelled.

The Nickelodeon show is set to broadcast its final episode of the third season in the U.S. on Friday and has already completed filming on the fourth.

News of the programme’s demise comes two weeks after 16-year-old Jamie Lynn revealed she was pregnant with her first child.

Jamie Lynn and 18-year-old boyfriend Casey Aldridge are expecting a baby together in the summer.

Britney’s sister met Aldridge at their local church in the Spears family’s native Louisiana.

Jamie Lynn told the U.S. edition of OK! magazine: “It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected. I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”

Following Jamie Lynn’s official confirmation of her baby news, Nickelodeon released a statement, saying: “We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation.

“We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.”

While Nickelodeon are yet to release a follow-up statement regarding the future of the show, sources told The Sun the end is nigh.

An insider says, “Nickelodeon bosses are still undecided whether to air season four or not.

“For now it looks like it has been canned.”

The father of Jamie Lynn Spears baby is NOT boyfriend Casey Aldridge, according to shocking reports from the U.S.

News that Britney’s sister was pregnant at 16 - under the legal age for sex in the U.S. - forced 18-year-old Casey into hiding.

But now Star magazine insists that the teenager may not be the dad - and that Spears’ friends and family think it is an older man who would face statutory rape charges.

Friends have said that Jamie Lynn was no longer even seeing Casey - and family members told Star that they believe the real father is a much older executive at her children’s TV show ‘Zoey 101′.

“Casey is being paid off to be the family’s fall guy while the real father remains unidentified,” Star magazine insists.

They say the real reason is that an older man could be charged with statutory rape if revealed to be the father of an under-aged girl’s baby.

But in Jamie Lynn’s home state of Louisiana, Casey would escape charges because a 16-year-old can legally have sex with someone less than two years older than her. “Conveniently, Casey falls under the bar by just 26 days.

“The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her,” Star magazine states.

The magazine quotes “two separate Spears family insiders” who believe the father is someone who works on Jamie Lynn’s kids’ show. “Jamie Lynn has been working on Zoey since she was 13,” one of the sources said. “In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception.

“With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to.

“But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her.”

Another family source added: “Some of us have doubts as to the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father.

“Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together?

“Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on and off over the past two years.

“But it was not steady. In fact, she was looking to date Kevin Federline’s brother about a year ago.

“Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that.”

Even Casey recently posted on his own MySpace that he was feeling “blah” about his love life, and added: “Me and Jamie are over…”

In fact, Star claims he had a pregnancy scare with a different girl and had to confess to Jamie Lynn. “Casey is a serial cheater who has lied to Jamie Lynn time and time again,” a close friend told the magazine. “This past spring, he was forced to tell Jamie Lynn that he’d cheated on her and gotten that girl pregnant.”

In fact, Star even insists Casey was openly dating yet another girl at the same time as he was supposed to be romancing Spears. “Yes, my sister is dating Casey - they’ve been dating for a while,” said Kevin Seals of his sister Whitney Seals.

“I know Jamie Lynn was real jealous about Whitney’s relationship with Casey.”

No matter who the father is, insiders believe the pregnancy will be the death knoll for Jamie Lynn’s burgeoning career. It will leave them terrified that she will prove to be the new Britney - and also that Nickelodeon, the TV channel behind Zoey 101, will be terrified of ruining its clean-cut image.

“I cant think of any way that Nickelodean could keep Jamie Lynn’s show on the air, said PR expert Michael Levine.

“If they do, advertisers will drop it like crazy. No advertiser wants to be associated with a minor getting pregnant.”

He’s best known as the expectant father of Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby, but former classmates and teachers remember Casey Aldridge as a popular joker who could talk his way out of anything.

“Casey is one of those boys who really has a lot going for him,” says a former teacher at Amite School Center, where Aldridge lettered in football and baseball, served as senior class president and graduated in May 2007. “He’s handsome, smart and very, very charming.”

And at 6′1″ and 165 lbs, Aldridge’s magnetism caught the eye of the girls. “He is athletic,” says the teacher, “and down here in the south, athletes are gods, so he had his share of adoring fans.”

One of those fans was Spears, who started dating Aldridge about two years ago. “Casey really liked being known for dating Jamie Lynn,” says a former classmate. “He thought it was really cool that he was dating someone famous, and you could just tell that he loved the attention.”

He also loved to have a good time. “If there was a prank, he was involved,” says the classmate. “Things like sending around a note in class for everyone to cough at [the same time].”

Despite the mischief that he got in during high school, teachers say that his charm kept him from ever getting into much trouble. “There was a little part of [Leave it to Beaver’s] Eddie Haskell in him,” says his former teacher. “He’d say, ‘You look very nice today. Is that a new dress?’ And you’d be wondering, ‘What’s this kid’s angle?’ The difference between him and Eddie Haskell is that Casey’s angle was that he truly wanted you to like him, and wanted to give you a compliment.”

An average student – “He had the capability to do much better academically,” says a teacher – Aldridge briefly considered community college before taking a job as a pipe fitter in Baton Rouge.

Despite Casey’s high school exploits, those who know him believe he will be a good father. “When he decides that something is the right thing to do, he is very effective,” says his teacher. “If he decides he’s going to be a great father, he will do whatever it takes to do a good job, whether that means working construction to support the baby, or reading books about how to change diapers.”

Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy, at age 16, has raised legal questions because of Casey Aldridge’s age.

Aldridge is believed to be 18 or 19.

There is still no word on where the sexual intercourse took place.

However, if it happened in Spears’ home state of Louisiana, and if Aldridge was 19 at the time, he could be charged with what the state calls “felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile,” which is defined as “sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17.”

If he was under 19, then he might be charged with a misdemeanor. Laws vary from state-to-state.

A spokeswoman for the local sheriff’s department in Kentwood, Louisiana, told Baton Rouge’s WAFB-TV that no complaint has been filed in the case and “no criminal investigation is currently underway.”

The son of a Tennessee papermill worker, Aldridge “played sports” during his days at Amite School Center in Liberty, Mississippi, the school’s secretary tells Usmagazine.com. He graduated this past May; it is unconfirmed whether he currently attends college.

Aldridge – who is believed to be 18 or 19 – “was real nice,” secretary Amanda Cothren says. “He was a really sweet person, and we didn’t have any trouble with him here.”

He’s a 19-year-old pipe layer; a deer-hunting, dirt-bike-riding former high school class president who still lives in his tiny Mississippi hometown. So why are the paparazzi hot on his trail?

Because Casey Aldridge is an expectant father - and the mother is 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears.

And to hear Aldridge’s uncle tell it, the daddy-to-be isn’t quite ready to join Spears - the star of “Zoey 101″ and the sister of pop star Britney Spears - in the spotlight.

“I don’t think they are ready yet to sit down and talk to the media,” Odus Jackson, a pastor in Gloster, Miss., told The Associated Press by telephone Thursday. “They haven’t gotten their heads together yet.”

Jackson said media were already swarming the southern Mississippi town - with a population of 1,073 at last census count - in search of Aldridge, not even 48 hours after the news came that Spears told OK! celebrity magazine about the pregnancy. She said she plans to raise the baby in her home state of Louisiana.

Jackson, 71, said Aldridge left before camera crews ascended Wednesday and was going into hiding. Jackson said he spoke briefly with his nephew, who also lives in Gloster but was often out of town for work.

“He doesn’t want to say the wrong thing to the media,” Jackson said. “At the right time he will speak.”

It’s unclear how Aldridge and the younger Spears met or where they spent time together.

Jackson said his nephew briefly attended a junior college in Mississippi but now works for a pipe-laying company in Baton Rouge, La. He attended school at Amite School Center in nearby Liberty, Miss., where he played football and baseball, principal Dan Brewer said.

Brewer, who was not principal when Aldridge graduated last year, said the teen went to school with his daughter and has visited his home. Aldridge was class president, and was honored by his senior classmates as “campus favorite” and “most versatile.”

“He was just a super dude,” Brewer said.

Jackson said Aldridge enjoys deer hunting and rode dirt bikes. His parents, Joyce and Mark, currently live in Tennessee.

“He is a quiet guy,” Jackson said. “That is why it is going to be very difficult to corner him until everybody is ready to talk together on the same page. He doesn’t like the limelight. He is going to hide as much as he can.”

Jackson denied reports that his nephew and Spears, who was a guest at Jackson’s home this past Thanksgiving, were no longer together.

“I think they are going to try to stay together,” he said. “They certainly don’t want to part.”

Jackson said Aldridge has told family members that “he wants to go ahead and get married as soon as possible.” Jackson added that the two do not want to “rush into it.”

Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney’s 16-year-old sister, has revealed that she is pregnant.

The Zoey 101 star confirms her expectant status in OK! magazine’s new issue and says that the father is longtime beau Casey Aldridge.
“It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected,” Spears says. “I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”

The high school junior who still calls Louisiana home told the tabloid she’s 12 weeks along but didn’t break the news to her mom until just before Thanksgiving.

“As soon as I found out for sure from the doctor, I took two weeks to myself where I didn’t tell anybody,” Spears said. “Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone’s opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me.”

A rep for Britney Spears tells E! News exclusively that the pop star has heard the news and “wishes her sister nothing but the best and asks for privacy during this time.”

As for Lynne Spears, who has already watched her oldest daughter go through the media ringer this year, the news definitely came as a shock.
“She was very upset because it wasn’t what she expected at all,” Spears says. “A week after, she had time to cope with it and became very supportive.”

Support doesn’t necessarily equal happiness, however. A source close to the Spears family tells E! Online Senior Editor Marc Malkin that “the family is in shock. They are coping but they’re very disappointed.”

“I didn’t believe it because Jamie Lynn’s always been so conscientious,” Lynne Spears told OK! “She’s never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby.”

The teenager said during her OK! sitdown that she hadn’t yet informed Nickelodeon, which carries Zoey 101, about this latest turn of events, but the network is obviously in the loop now.

“We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation,” Nickelodeon said in a statement Tuesday as soon as word of Spears’ pregnancy started to get out. “We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.”

The cliffhanger third season finale of Zoey 101, which features the title character having to choose between remaining at California’s tony Pacific Coast Academy or moving to London with her parents, is scheduled to air Jan. 4, which is perhaps not a moment too soon.
When asked by OK! what message she had for her fellow teens about premarital sex, Spears acknowledged that she isn’t exactly in a position to judge.

“I definitely don’t think it’s something you should do; it’s better to wait,” she said. “But I can’t be judgmental because it’s a position I put myself in.”

Spears told the Associated Press recently that she has always considered attending Lousiana State University after high school, although she has enjoyed traveling to Malibu, where Zoey 101 is filmed and Britney keeps a beach house.

But she tells OK! that she wants to raise her child in Louisiana, “so it can have a normal family life.”

Coincidentally, Lynne Spears’ book about her experiences raising two daughters in the glare of the media spotlight has been postponed indefinitely, her publisher confirmed Tuesday.

Contrary to what it looks like, the brakes were temporarily applied to the project last week, according to inspirational book purveyor Thomas Nelson.

“We are standing behind Lynne at this time and understand that she needs time with her family—we support that,” a spokeswoman told People.
