It looks like Holly Madison is finally getting what she wants — Hugh Hefner all to herself and the winding down of his wild parties populated by girls wearing next to nothing.

Fellow girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt were nowhere to be seen at last Thursday’s EA Madden NFL ‘09 Game Launch party at West Hollywood’s STK. And the Playboy founder clearly only had eyes for Madison as they canoodled in the back VIP booth, with Holly very much in her element and laughing a lot more than usual (for once she didn’t have to share her man).

But all three “Girls Next Door” were back in business on Saturday night at Hef’s annual “Midsummer Night’s Dream” soiree at the iconic mansion. The event attracted a slew of stars such as Paris and Nicky Hilton, Matthew Perry, Brody Jenner, Jenny McCarthy and Hef’s 83-year-old pal Tony Curtis, but for the first time some ultra-eager party peeps were able to pre-purchase tickets and buy their way inside.

We have been told by numerous inside sources that this is the last time bunnies and big-wigs will hop around the Shakespeare-themed party.

After decades and decades of wild nights, we hear Hef is calling it a day and that Playboy Enterprises has decided that this party and the upcoming annual Halloween party will be the last that the magazine mogul personally throws as a means to cut costs.

A rep from the men’s mag kept mum on the murmurs, saying: “Who knows what will happen in a year from now?”

But if you haven’t had the experience of visiting the infamous grotto and mini-zoo outside of the “Girls Next Door,” it’s not too late. We’re told the mansion is still going to be rented out for private parties with companies paying big bucks to spend a few hours amid a little slice of Hollywood history.

It is nice of Hef to open his mansion up to the ESPY Awards pre-party and have his lovely girlfriends in attendance.  Even though Kendra is apparently getting ready to bolt the little foursome she seemed in good spirits.  Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison, Hugh Hefner, and Bridget Marquardt, better known as the Girls Next Door, were joined on the blue carpet by sports stars and painted ladies.  Nothing like painted ladies and playmates around high paid athletes.  As if the money and fame didn’t get them enough ladies now they take their clothes off and just throw some paint on them.

HUGH Hefner has gleefully enjoyed a sexually liberated life, but few know it all started with a little erotic dabbling within the Playboy czar’s own family.

In his upcoming book, “Mr. Playboy: Hugh Hefner and the American Dream,” Steven Watts writes how after Hefner wed his first wife, Millie, in 1949, he enlisted his friend Eldon Sellers, who would later help him co-found Playboy, into a staging a foursome.

The book relates: “One night after [Hugh] and Millie watched a stag film with Janie and Eldon Sellers, he suggested that the four of them make love on the same bed, each husband to his own wife. They did and in Sellers’ words, ‘It was different and exciting.’ According to Millie, Hugh began to hint at switching partners, apparently suggesting it with the Sellerses, although the swap never materialized.”

Hef then went further, trying a foursome out on his own family. “It did happen with his brother, Keith, and his wife, Rae, one evening,” Watts writes. “[But] while Millie ultimately backed out of having sex with Keith, Hugh slept with his sister-in-law.”

The book also claims Hef once tried a gay tryst. “Hefner’s thirst for sexual experience became so strong that he even had a one-time homosexual experience,” Watts writes. “One evening in downtown Chicago he was propositioned and, according to Sellers, he ‘thought, what the hell. Found it an interesting experience. As far as I know, the guy just gave him [oral sex].’ ”

Hefner also once shot a porno starring himself called “After the Masquerade.” Watts writes: “It was shot at a friend’s apartment where Hefner and a female acquaintance had sex while wearing masks.”

Hefner told Page Six he cooperated with Watts and gave him access to his personal papers. “This is the most authoritative book ever written about me . . . It’s all essentially true,” he said.

Bridget Marquardt, Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson - better known as the Girls Next Door from E! - attended the AFI Awards last night with their slightly more mature wrinkly boyfriend Hugh Hefner.  The girls classed it up a bit compared to Kendra’s outfit for the Lakers game the other night.  Holly and Kendra were each showing just enough cleavage to not look whorish, but enough so you knew they could be.  Bridget looked classy and sophisticated in a strapless blue dress.

It’s no secret that Holly Madison is the girl next door that is closest to Hugh Hefner and that she wants to have his baby.  Only problem is it appears with Hef’s advanced age, 82 years old, he is no longer able to put a bun in the oven.

“We tried everything, and it did not work.” Despite her heartbreak, Madison reveals she still intends to give her beau a baby. Her plan B? “I need a Hef-esque sperm donor who’s a creative genius, totally hott and has dark hair.”

Last night at the Playboy Mansion the 3rd Annual Urban Health Institute Poker Tournament and Casino Night was held.  Nothing says a good time like Playmates dressed like bunnies, women painted in unique outfits, and some pseudo celebrities like Bai Ling and Khloe Kardashian doing good for charity.  Holly Madison was looking as gorgeous as always as she cared for Hugh Hefner and his silky pajamas.  Who else could get away with silk jammies and end up with Playmates - well aside from the guy that owns the magazine and pays these women a salary?

HUGH Hefner got an early birthday surprise the other night when he and girlfriend Holly Madison entered his penthouse at the Palm in Vegas to be greeted by Pamela Anderson, who was stark naked except for a pair of high heels. “She was holding a cake, walked over to him, tussled his hair and wished him happy birthday. Hef couldn’t believe it,” one Playboy insider told us. “Pam wasn’t paid to do it, she just wanted to show her love for Hef.” The girly-mag czar turns a spry 82 today.

The Girls Next Door star Holly Madison and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner still have babies on the brain.

“There has been lots of trying — lots of trying!” she told Usmagazine.com at Playboy’s Ninth Annual Super Saturday Night bash in Arizona.

Hefner was tight-lipped when asked if they have plans to tie the knot.

“There will certainly be a lot of romantic years ahead, but a wedding we will see,” he told Us.

Next up for the two: Valentine’s Day.

“We are just going out to dinner,” she said. “I am trying to think of something creative, but at this point I am just going to save all of my ideas for Christmas cause Valentine’s Day came up fast.”

What does she hope Hefner will get her?

“I don’t know,” she said. “I want like a house and a kid.”

Don’t say Hugh Hefner doesn’t know how to keep his ladies happy. The Playboy legend has once again placed his three girlfriends on the cover. The March 2008 25 Sexiest Celebrities will feature the trio of Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson. You may know those three better as simply The Girls Next Door from the E! reality show.

“It kinda happened by accident,” Hefner told The Associated Press. “It was not the original plan. I knew we were overdue for a cover featuring the girls. For our annual sexiest celebrities list, we always get votes from readers on the Internet of who should be on the top of the list. Lo and behold, as the votes were coming in, we found the girls moving up higher and higher on the list.”

The issue will hit news stands February 8th and will feature three unique covers. I bet the articles in this issue are going to be amazing! The two previous covers the girls were featured on were the November 2005 and the September 2006 issues.

Madison has regularly expressed her desire to become a mother during the couple’s reality TV show The Girls Next Door. And it seems the magazine mogul has agreed to become a father for fifth time. According to Hollywood gossip columnist Janet Charlton, the 81-year-old and Madison were spotted visiting a Beverly Hills gynaecologist who specialises in vitro fertilization.

Los Angeles police are investigating the possibility of a sexual assault at Hugh Hefner’s playboy mansion. The officials announced the investigation on Wednesday but said it was launched on Monday.

“For reasons of law and confidentiality that are critical in such investigations, no additional information will be released,” LAPD spokesman Jason Lee said.

A publicist for Playboy, Rob Hilburger (sweet last name), said they did not know what prompted the investigation except for a minor incident involving a woman hired as a server and her ex-boyfriend at Hefner’s annual Midsummer Night’s Dream party.

Hugh Hefner’s number one girlfriend Holly Madison has sparked reports she’s pregnant with the 81-year-old’s fifth child by crying off TV interviews in Monaco with a morning sickness and refusing to party with her fellow bunnies.

The pretty Oregonian, 27, created a storm of speculation at the Monte Carlo Television Festival earlier this week, where she has promoting reality TV show The Girls Next Door with Hefner’s other girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt, by missing parties and covering up.

While her blonde pals were flitting between international TV interviews and exclusive soirees, Madison chose to lie low.

She even missed Kendra’s 22nd birthday bash, which was held on the girls’ second night in the European party capital, and noticeably steered clear of alcohol - something expectant moms are advised not to touch.

But the pregnancy reports hit fever pitch when Madison sat for a string of interviews on her balcony at the Hotel du Paris - all she wanted to do was talk babies.

She was overheard telling one reporter, “I want to have kids with Hef in the next year or so and when that happens I just want it to be me and him.”

And insisting the age difference between her and Hef means nothing, she cooed, “He’s the best lover I’ve ever had.”

Meanwhile, one Monte Carlo insider says, “While the other girls hit parties wearing next to nothing and looking all glamorous, Holly stayed covered up and in the background. She even wore a jacket for many of her interviews.

“No one said anything, but her condition was on everyone’s mind - she was absent from the first two days of the festival because we were told she was sick.”

Playboy legend Hugh Hefner has been caught telling a big fat fib to one of his girlfriends - by praising the author of an Elle magazine article instead of slamming her as he promised he would.

Kendra Wilkinson was furious when she read the profile of herself, Hefner and his other girlfriends, Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison, in the June issue of Elle.

Writer Daphne Merkin focused the article on the foursome’s E! show, “The Girls Next Door.” But while the story and pictures were flattering overall, Wilkinson was hurt that she was described as “giving off a palpable air of anxiety.” Merkin also quoted Wilkinson as saying her fake breasts were “my best investment” and said the blonde referred constantly to her “slight acne.”

“I’m very insecure right now about my face,” Wilkinson told Merkin. “I get scared with Hef looking at me at the mansion and maybe thinking I’m ugly.”

Merkin also mentions Wilkinson’s “fleeting attention span,” her “dazed personality and limited vocabulary” and quotes Hefner describing Wilkinson’s “distinctly unintellectual charm” by mockingly saying, “Books? What books?”

Two weeks ago, Wilkinson went on “Larry King Live” with Hefner and the other girlfriends to discuss the E! show and said, “a magazine article that just came out . . . it hurt my feelings and it really, like, crushed my heart. And Hef being such a great guy, he said, ‘You know what, Kendra? I was going to write them a letter and say, like, how this is wrong.’ [The article] wasn’t really nice . . . People like to pick on me.”

Hefner then chimed in and said, “I think the writer really didn’t understand and didn’t really identify with [Wilkinson and Marquardt], you know?”

But that’s not what Hefner said in the letter he wrote to Merkin, Page Six has learned.

The letter said: “I just finished reading your article . . . and think it’s the best, most perceptive piece on the show to date . . . I hope you get a chance to do a longer story for the New York Times or The New Yorker.”

A rep for Hefner didn’t return e-mails.

Hugh Heffner was spotted acting paternal as he tenderly patted girlfriend Holly Madison’s tummy at a May 15 party at L.A.’s Hyde Lounge. Forgoing her usual snug attire, Holly, 27, one of Hef’s three girlfriends, sported a baggy babby doll dress.

Sources say no baby is on the way just yet, but don’t be surprised if the father of four becomes a dad again! “Holly’s just dying to get pregnant and marry Hef so he can be all hers,” one of her pal tells Star.

The buzz of the weekend Oscar parties was that Hugh Hefner, 80, will get married again before the end of the year to his No. 1 girlfriend, Holly Madison. “This is very secret, but the word is ‘yes,’ ” one insider told Page Six. “Hef has decided he will marry Holly, and he wants it for his show, ‘The Girls Next Door.’ Hef thinks business all the time, and looks for a new hook, although he also does really love Holly.” Madison is just one of three of the Playboy founder’s buxom blond girlfriends featured on the show. “But Hef sees that she is the most dedicated,” said our source. “Kendra is never there, and they both hate each other, and Bridget is hanging on by being very friendly to Holly.” Hefner, who has been married twice before, is keeping the wedding plans secret for now because monogamy will kill his reality show.
