Apparently being a model in Peru does not give you the right to pose naked on the Peruvian flag even if you are celebrating Peruvian Independence Day.  Model Lacey Zamudio Juárez, also known as Leysi Suárez, is in some hot water for the shoot which shows her atop a horse draped with the country’s flay wearing only a cowboy hat.

Peru’s Defense Minister Antero Flores-Araoz filed a complaint against Zamudio on Thursday, accusing her of offending patriotic symbols. A prosecutor will investigate and decide whether to press charges. The offense carries a maximum prison sentence of four years.

Jennifer Moss, better known as The Naked Lady, is threatening to take her battle with Ashland, OR to the ACLU.  What battle you ask?  Well Jennifer is originally from Ojai, CA, but relocated to Ashland because of their relaxed local laws regarding public nudity.  In Ashland as long as you aren’t showing your baby maker you are goo to go.  So Jennifer has been known to take topless bike rides and strut around town in just a thong.  The problem is she wants to March in the 4th of July parade and the town is stating it is a family event and she has to cover up.

Ashley Harkleroad, American tennis player and the 61st ranked player in the world, is making headlines after announcing she has agreed to pose for Playboy.

“I was just lying there in hospital for three weeks, and an offer came to me. I thought about it and it was something that I did. I’m proud of my body,” said the Florida native whose pictures will appear in the August edition.

“I stay in shape and try to stay fit. I’m just trying to represent a female athlete and her body. That can be sexy too. It’s no big deal.”

Carla Bruni, the First Lady of France, smashed estimates on the selling price of a nude photo taken in 1993. The photo taken by a little known photographer made international headlines last month when it was about to go on sale and helped send the bidding to soaring levels.

Comte’s photo “Carla Bruni, 1993″ smashed the pre-auction estimate of $3000-$4000 by fetching a $75,000 hammer price - $91,000 including buyer’s premium.

“It’s an outstanding image, it’s a wonderful artist, it’s a new world record for his work and that always makes us happy,” Josh Holdeman, international head of the photograph department at Christie’s said after the sale.

Lindsay Lohan wants to be taken seriously as an actress and in an attempt to revive her slumping career has offered to bare it all in an upcoming independent film. Lohan will appear in the movie Florence as a nymphomaniac waitress and has offered to show us more than we saw in her New York Magazine photo shoot.

An insider told The Sun: “Lindsay doesn’t care she’s getting paid peanuts. She wants to remind people she can act and that she is worth hiring.”

Another source added: “She is fully aware of the potential of her body. Lindsay wants to build up an image as a mature, responsible actress.”

For all you New York area Harry Potter fans that just want to see more of your boy wizard you are in luck.  Daniel Radcliffe will be taking his critically acclaimed role in Equus to Broadway for a 22 week run.  This role was an attempt for the 18 year old actor to shed some of the child actor stigma that will dog him for the rest of his career as people will always associate him with his work as Harry Potter.

“It will be amazing, but I will be terrified because I was talking to Richard Griffiths about playing New York and he said the most stupid thing you can do is underestimate New York audiences,” he said.

“I would be very nervous because I think (the audiences are) even more discerning than in London,” he said.

A photo of Carla Bruni nude is up for auction just as the President of France, and Bruni’s husband, Nicolas Sarkozy makes his first official visit to the UK. According to CNN, Christie’s auction house will be selling the print of a 1993 Carla Bruni nude photo by Michel Comte next month in New York, but word of the auction was released yesterday to capitalize on the French President’s visit.

Carla is a known fashion model and a gorgeous woman so you can’t blame Nicolas for falling for her can you? Her spread in GQ last month was sizzling and I don’t think this picture will be going cheap!

My favorite Hills star has naked pictures! Audrina Partridge apparently had hopes of gracing the pages of Playboy magazine some years ago and took some sample pictures for the magazine. These images of now been released onto the net for the world to enjoy and they are sexier than her bikini pictures.. Audrina issued a statement to TMZ.

“I took these photos years ago when I was just out of high school and beginning to model. I was young and very trusting of others and I didn’t know to protect myself. It is a lesson learned, for myself, and hopefully for the young girls who look up to me.”
