Paris Hilton didn’t do enough pledging for a 2006 sorority comedy, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Miami, alleging the 27-year-old model-actress-heiress owes $75,000 in damages for not fulfilling promotional obligations.

Hilton entered into an agreement in 2004 for the production and distribution of the movie “National Lampoon’s Pledge This!,” according to the lawsuit. Hilton starred in the film and received credit as an executive producer.

The Miami-based concern said it paid Hilton and her company, Paris Hilton Entertainment Inc., $1 million for “Hilton’s acting services” and for “reasonable promotion and publicity” for the movie, which was released in 2006 and featured Hilton as the president of an exclusive sorority.

While most famous for her tabloid exploits and reality TV series “The Simple Life,” Hilton has appeared in the films “Bottoms Up,” “The Hottie & the Nottie” and “House of Wax.”

She’s slated to next appear in the movie musical “Repo! The Genetic Opera” and the tentatively titled MTV reality series “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF.”

Phone calls and e-mails to Hilton’s manager, Jason Moore, were not immediately returned Tuesday.

With money no object, the search for thrills must be challenge.

But for heiress Paris Hilton, the simple fun of a roller-coaster still holds its appeal.

The star hit the rides with boyfriend Benji Madden while on a visit to the Tivoli Gardens amusement park in the Danish capital yesterday.

The 27-year-old was all smiles as they toured the venue, but Benji didn’t appear to be such a fan of heights, barely mustering a smile as their carriage plunged up and down.

Paris arrived in Copenhagen on Monday to promote her new collection of handbags at an international fashion house.

Despite her obvious enjoyment of childhood pleasures, Paris insists she’s matured in recent months thanks to her new relationship.

She says: ‘I just feel like a grown-up now.

‘I think my whole life I was kind of living as a teenager and not really taking responsibility.
‘Now I realize that I’m an adult and I’m running a huge company and I’m in love. I’m in a great relationship. I have my family. I’m just excited for life.’

But she stops short of wedding talk, insisting the pair are in no rush to walk down the aisle.

She added: ‘We’re so in love and so happy right now and it’s only been like six months.

‘So we’ll see what happens, but we’re so in love and so happy and things have never been better. I finally have a nice guy.’

Kathy Hilton has responded to Republican presidential candidate John McCain’s ad, which features shots of her daughter Paris and Britney Spears. (Watch above).

“I’ve been asked again and again for my response to the now infamous McCain celebrity ad,” Hilton told The Huffington Post. “I actually have three responses. It is a complete waste of the money John McCain’s contributors have donated to his campaign. It is a complete waste of the country’s time and attention at the very moment when millions of people are losing their homes and their jobs. And it is a completely frivolous way to choose the next President of the United States.

Meanwhile, Paris’ rep told Usmagazine.com: “Miss Hilton was neither asked, nor did she give permission, for the use of her likeness in the ad, and has no further comment.”

The Obama campaign responded in a statement: “On a day when major news organizations across the country are taking Senator McCain to task for a steady stream of false, negative attacks, his campaign has launched yet another. Or, as some might say, ‘Oops! He did it again.’”

McCain’s campaign reportedly is spending $140,000 a day to run the ad in battleground states, Foxnews.com reported.

“We’re running against a celebrity. He is someone who gathered throngs of fans overseas,” McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds told FOX News on Saturday.

McCain’s team attacked Obama again, Saturday, for agreeing to three presidential debates, but not at town hall like McCain wanted.

“It’s disappointing that Senator Obama has refused his offer to do joint town hall meetings,” McCain spokesman Brian Rogers said in a statement. “We understand it might be beneath a worldwide celebrity of Barack Obama ’s magnitude to appear at town hall meetings alongside John McCain and directly answer questions from the American people, but we hope he’ll reconsider.”

Barack Obama just another Britney Spears or Paris Hilton?

Not John McCain’s best shot, says the Democrat’s camp after the Republican likened him to the two celebrities in a new commercial.

“On a day when major news organizations across the country are taking Sen. McCain to task for a steady stream of false, negative attacks, his campaign has launched yet another,” says Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor. “Or, as some might say, ‘Oops! He did it again.’”

Counter’s McCain campaign strategist Steve Schmidt: “It’s beyond dispute that [Obama] has become the biggest celebrity in the world. But do the American people really want to elect the biggest celebrity in the world?”

In the ad, images of Spears, Hilton and Obama appear on the screen as a voiceover says, “He’s the biggest celebrity in the world. But is he ready to lead?”

McCain’s campaign manager says they chose to include Spears and Hilton in the ad because the women’s names came up second and third in a search for the top three international celebrities in the world.

Spears’ spokesman had no comment, while Hilton’s rep could not be reached.

PARIS HILTON has landed back in trouble with the law - for driving badly.

The socialite-turned-actress was pulled over by California traffic cops on Tuesday after they spotted her weaving through traffic on the 134 freeway in Glendale.

After explaining to the cops that she was lost, Hilton was let off with a warning.

The 27-year-old has a history of driving offenses; including driving under the influence (DUI), speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving
without headlights at night.

She served 23 days of a 45-day jail sentence in June 2007 for violating probation on a 2006 drink driving charge.
