Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty looked every inch the loving couple as they enjoyed lunch together at a Greek restaurant in Malibu.

The twosome gazed longingly at each other as they ate with director Jerry Bruckheimer and his wife Linda.

Their public display of affection was a far cry from the last time the controversial twosome were pictured together when the 26-year-old actress walked as far apart from Getty as possible.

Sienna has faced a barrage of criticism over her relationship with the married father-of-four and is said to be upset at being labelled a ‘homewrecker’.

She has reportedly asked the 33-year-old oil heir to persuade estranged wife Rosetta to publicly admit that their marriage was over before they began dating.

‘Sienna is being portrayed as a femme fatale and fears for her career because Hollywood hates a home wrecker.

‘She hopes Balthazar can get Rosetta to put out a statement saying their marriage was already over,’ a source told the News of the World.

Friends close to the star have previously come to her defense, insisting that her relationship with the actor began several months after he had secretly split from 38-year-old Rosetta.

An insider told the New York Post’s gossip column Page Six: ‘Sienna and he are in love. They are living together in LA. Everyone knows about her and accepts her.

‘She and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife.

‘He should have announced his separation a lot earlier than he did - he’d been sleeping on friends’ couches for six months.

‘She was always told he was separated.’

Sienna relationship with the actor – who stars in Channel 4 show Brothers and Sisters - is also thought to be affecting her career .

The release of her latest film, Hippie Hippie Shake has been pushed back until the storm around her private life blows over.

The movie, also starring Derek Jacobi and Max Minghella, was due for release by Working Title and Universal this year.

But Universal is now insisting: ‘The film has always been slated for release in 2009.’

A Hollywood insider revealed: ‘Hippie Hippie Shake has been delayed until next spring at the earliest.

FRIENDS of Sienna Miller say the gorggeous actress is no home wrecker - and she never would have gone near her new love, Balthazar Getty, if he was still with his wife, Rosetta.

“She and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife,” one close associate told Page Six. In fact, when Getty announced in July that he’d split up with Rosetta, the mother of his four children, “he’d been sleeping on friends’ couches for six months.”

Sienna, who had broken up with actor Rhys Ifans, and Getty, a star on ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters,” raised a furor last month when photos surfaced of them in various stages of undress on vacation in Portofino, Italy. At the time, Rosetta was said to be “heartbroken” and Miller - who once dated Jude Law while he was still married to Sadie Frost - was branded a serial home wrecker.

After Portofino, the couple went to New York and are now back in Los Angeles. They’re still together, despite British tab reports claiming Getty “begged” Rosetta for another chance and moved back in with her.

“Please,” our source said. “Sienna and he are in love. They’re living together in LA. Everyone knows about her and accepts her.”

As for rumors that Getty’s family disapproves of the “Factory Girl” star?

“The photos of Sienna and Balthazar on the boat in Italy? His mother and her mother were the ones sitting next to them. Balthazar is in LA with her now and he’s speaking to Rosetta and going to [his old address] to see his children. Sienna has been hanging out with his family all week,” the friend said.

“It’s just annoying that all this misinformation is out there. He should’ve announced his separation a lot earlier than he did - she was always told he was separated. There’s no way she would ever get involved with another married man after Jude Law.”

Sienna Miller has launched a legal battle against News International and photo agency Big Pictures at the High Court.

Law firm Carter-Ruck has served a writ for breach of privacy against the News of the World, the Sun, and the Big Pictures agency relating to a series of articles about the star.

It is believed that the writ relates to two articles that appeared in the Sun where Big Pictures contributed photos. The stories and pictures reported on Miller’s holiday in Italy and also referred to her friendship with Balthazar Getty, heir to the Getty oil fortune.

Miller is taking action over a further two articles that appeared in the News of The World.

She has previously taken legal action against the two titles after the papers used photos of her filming a nude scene for a movie.

In December, the Sun and the News of the World contributed to a £37,500 payout to the film star for publishing “intrusive” photos of her.

Miller’s legal representative, Mark Thomson, a partner at London law firm Carter-Ruck, confirmed that he had issued fresh proceedings.

“Neither I nor my client will be commenting further,” he told MediaGuardian.co.uk.

A spokesman for Big Pictures said he was unable to comment.

At the time of publication, News Group Newspapers, the division of News International that publishes the Sun and News of the World, had not responded to requests for comment from MediaGuardian.co.uk about the legal action.

Her love life has been super messy in the past so you’d think Sienna Miller would take it slowly with her new bloke.

But no, she’s about to move in with father-of-four Balthazar Getty - just a few weeks after dumping Rhys Ifans.

Sienna has already become a familiar fixture among the plush furnishings of Balti’s LA mansion.

And when the actor - who is heir to a mindboggling £25billion fortune - invited her to move in after a holiday in Italy, romantic Sienna already had her toothbrush ready.

A source said: “Before they went on holiday Sienna was staying over at Balti’s place all the time.

His wife and four children had moved out so they took full advantage.

Sienna told a few friends that Balti had made some noises about moving in. Then during the holiday their feelings for each other got stronger.

“She doesn’t really want to move into the family home because of all the history with his ex wife, so they are planning to buy somewhere new. But her friends are worried she’s rushing into it.”

We bet they are. Sienna, 26, returned to London yesterday, while Balti, 33, stayed on in Italy for his son Cassius’s eighth birthday.

Her ex Rhys was keen for her to return - only because thoughtful Sienna changed the locks to her flat before her holiday.

A source said: “Rhys left a load of clothes, books and things at her place but had to wait until she got back to get them. The last thing he wanted to do is see Sienna. Those pics of her on holiday with Getty really stuck the knife in.”

Well at least he’ll know it’s not just a silly fling with Balti. Won’t he?
