FRIENDS of Sienna Miller say the gorggeous actress is no home wrecker - and she never would have gone near her new love, Balthazar Getty, if he was still with his wife, Rosetta.

Sienna Miller is said to be ‘devastated’ after her married lover ran home to his wife and four children.

Sienna, 26, has been furiously calling and texting oil fortune heir Balthazar Getty after learning he had returned to Los Angeles to attempt a reconciliation with his wife, Rosetta.

A source said: ‘Sienna and Balthazar were in New York for a few days together and then he told her he was going to LA to work and see his kids. But the reality is he is desperately trying to get back with his wife.

‘He realises he’s made a terrible mistake. He is trying to keep Sienna at arm’s length and hasn’t told her it is over yet so she is going frantic.

‘She has been calling and texting him constantly and is planning to go to LA herself as she believes she can win him back if they have a face-to-face meeting.

‘She’s devastated that he has distanced himself from her both emotionally and geographically.’

The couple had met up in New York after being spotted frolicking at a beach on Italy’s Amalfi Coast two weeks ago. Sienna was photographed topless in Getty’s arms.

Yesterday, he appeared flustered when approached at his £1.5million marital home in the Hollywood Hills, saying only: ‘I can’t comment. When I’m ready, I’ll issue a statement. It’s because of the children.’

According to a producer friend of 33-year-old Getty – a former drug addict and alcoholic who is receiving counselling – he has definitely dropped Sienna.

The producer said: ‘Balthazar and Sienna seemed infatuated with each other when they were in New York last week but I heard the reason the whole Sienna fling happened was because he fell off the wagon.

‘As soon as Balthy arrived back in LA on Monday he started pleading with his wife to take him back. He told me he’d gone to their house but she wouldn’t let him in. He stood outside crying.’

The producer said: ‘He came back to a hotel and was on the phone to Rosetta on and off for two hours, crying and constantly calling and she finally agreed to let him back in the house.

‘In his mind he has definitely dropped Sienna but he’s in a very confused state at the moment. His biggest fear is losing his kids.’

Other friends also claim that Getty, who is heir to a £2.5billion oil fortune, became infatuated by Sienna after falling off the wagon.

One of them said: ‘He stopped ringing his counsellor and stopped going to meetings. Rosetta is convinced that him not being sober is the key to the whole mess with Sienna.

‘She is saying the only way she will take him back is if he agrees to addiction and marriage guidance counselling. He humiliated her but he is still the father of her four children.’

Actress Sienna, who dated Jude Law while he was still married to Sadie Frost and then dumped Rhys Ifans for Getty, has been confiding in her mother Jo, a drama teacher.

A London-based friend said: ‘Sienna has been on the phone to her mother in tears asking her for advice. Jo knows Balthazar as she was with them in Italy.

‘Jo has been telling Sienna to give Balthazar space. But Sienna is worried if she gives him too much space she will lose him. She already knows he is drifting away.

If she knew he was at the house with his wife she would not like it at all.’

A spokeswoman for Sienna refused to comment.

She is rumoured to have flown from New York to the Caribbean last Monday, the same day her married boyfriend returned to Los Angeles.

The source said: ‘She is planning to fly to LA to see Balthy. She has no idea he is at the wife’s house. He told her he was going to see the kids.’

The scandal has left Sienna’s reputation in Hollywood in tatters. She has already attracted the nicknames ‘Sluttyenna’ and ‘Serial Miller’ because of her numerous high-profile affairs.

A public relations executive told The Mail on Sunday: ‘Sienna’s reputation in Hollywood has gone from bad to worse.

‘People didn’t like it when she was running around with Jude Law while he was still married but this whole thing with Getty is the pits.

‘She is perceived as nothing more than a home-wrecker. It would be different if her movies did big numbers at the box office, but they don’t.

‘It’s one thing to misbehave in private but when you cause a huge public scandal and then are photographed half naked with someone else’s husband, that is something that not only destroys marriages but it can also destroy careers.

‘Sienna is on very thin ice. Rosetta is hugely popular.’

Sienna Miller had to have her pubic hair digitally enhanced for her latest acting role.

The actress, who has just finished filiming Hippie Hippie Shake, was lacking in the ‘lady garden’ department when starring in the 60s film, reports the mirror.

“The film is set in the swinging 60s when fashion was wild and body hair even wilder,” an insider told the newspaper, “Sienna was an absolute star throughout filming and her performance was flawless.”

“The only slight problem being that she’s very much a girl of the Noughties - and this extends to her personal upkeep. Unfortunately, Brazilians weren’t common in the 60s and Sienna’s part involved one or two nude scenes - meaning that her grooming habits were on full display.”

The source went on to tell how a merkin- or pubic wig- was not realistic enough so the production team turned to digital enhancement to solve the problem.

“Sienna’s private parts were digitally enhanced, giving her a rather unruly, loud and proud bush,” he added.

Sienna Miller has launched a legal battle against News International and photo agency Big Pictures at the High Court.

Law firm Carter-Ruck has served a writ for breach of privacy against the News of the World, the Sun, and the Big Pictures agency relating to a series of articles about the star.

It is believed that the writ relates to two articles that appeared in the Sun where Big Pictures contributed photos. The stories and pictures reported on Miller’s holiday in Italy and also referred to her friendship with Balthazar Getty, heir to the Getty oil fortune.

Miller is taking action over a further two articles that appeared in the News of The World.

She has previously taken legal action against the two titles after the papers used photos of her filming a nude scene for a movie.

In December, the Sun and the News of the World contributed to a £37,500 payout to the film star for publishing “intrusive” photos of her.

Miller’s legal representative, Mark Thomson, a partner at London law firm Carter-Ruck, confirmed that he had issued fresh proceedings.

“Neither I nor my client will be commenting further,” he told MediaGuardian.co.uk.

A spokesman for Big Pictures said he was unable to comment.

At the time of publication, News Group Newspapers, the division of News International that publishes the Sun and News of the World, had not responded to requests for comment from MediaGuardian.co.uk about the legal action.

Actress Sienna Miller has confirmed she will play the role of Maid Marian in a film remake of Robin Hood.

The 26-year-old will star alongside Russell Crowe, who is expected to play the Sheriff of Nottingham.

Oscar-winning writer Brian Helgeland and director Sir Ridley Scott have also signed up for the project.

Speaking to the BBC’s Colin Paterson, Miller said: “It’s happening. I just found out. It’s the most exciting news in the world.”

She added: “It’s ridiculous. But there’s this looming actor’s strike, so it’s not 100% sure that it’s going to be made, but it’s looking pretty certain.”

Miller, who is currently promoting her new film The Edge of Love, said she “could not have a better part” and working with Crowe and Ridley was “as good as it gets”.

The movie is a twist on the classic story, with the Sheriff of Nottingham cast as a sympathetic figure up against a not-so-heroic Robin Hood.

Sienna - who lives with Rhys in her West London home - and calls him her soulmate - is now reportedly looking for a home in Oxford and a cottage in Wales with the Welsh actor, whose most notable role is in the 1999 British film Notting Hill.

A source close to the pair said: “Rhys has admitted he and Sienna are getting married.

“Everything is supposed to be hushhush, but Rhys is over the moon and finding it hard to keep quiet… he can’t believe she finally said yes.”

Kate Moss, Sadie Frost and Davinia Taylor are all reportedly set to attend the ceremony.

Sienna’s best friend Keira Knightley and her beau Rupert Friend, are also expected to attend.

The source added: “Although Sienna and Rhys have a lot of famous friends, they will keep it low-key. They won’t be signing up to some magazine deal.”

The pair want to marry before Rhys relaunches his music career with his new band The Peth.

He briefly fronted Welsh group Super Furry Animals in the 1990s before they found success. The source added to Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper: “His mates Noel Gallagher and Ronnie Wood have had a listen and are really impressed.

“Rhys has always wanted to be a rock star and Sienna shares his passion for music and partying. She’s told him she’ll be with him every step of the way.”

26-year-old Sienna, currently in LA filming new movie, GI Joe with co-stars Dennis Quaid and Channing Tatum, has said: “I am in love - Rhys and I are the best of mates and life is going great.”

Sienna Miller is used to playing a gentle, doe-eyed love interest - but she sure is toughening up.

The 26-year-old began shooting her new Hollywood film GI Joe in Los Angeles yesterday, in which she plays the villainous Baroness - a femme fatale skilled in espionage.

She filmed a funeral scene yesterday, where she was seen carrying a folded American flag and spent the breaks between takes texting on her mobile.

The actress is rumoured to have gained 5lbs and has started an intensive fitness training in preparation for the role.

She has said: “I’ve started taking boxing lessons, and I’ve also had to learn how to fire guns with live ammunition.

“I’m a baddie, running around kicking everyone while wearing tight, thigh-high boots.

“I’m getting muscles everywhere.”

Sienna was the first star to sign up for the film, and she has since been joined by up and coming star Channing Tatum as well as Dennis Quaid.
Military action hero GI Joe started life as a Second World War comic strip and went on to become a popular series of toys in the US.

The film is set at the Brussels-based GIJOE - an acronym for the Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity - where a band of special operatives battle to defeat Cobra, an evil organsation headed by a Scottish arms dealer. It is expected to be released in August next year.

Next up, Sienna is scheduled to star alongside Sean Bean in the romantic comedy A Woman of No Importance.

A jeans firm is suing a private jet firm for failing to get Sienna Miller to a photoshoot on time.

Pepe Jeans claims it paid $160,000 USD to Jet Set Private Air Service to get Miller - the face of its advertising campaigns - from London to New York last year.

But the flight was delayed, and the 26-year-old Factory Girl star was told she couldn’t travel.

In a lawsuit filed on Thursday in Manhattan federal court in New York, Pepe Jeans said it paid Jet Set Private Air Service for a chartered plane to deliver Miller, along with several associates, to a New Jersey airport.

The Spanish denim firm said that it was in touch with Jet Set “numerous times” to make travel arrangements for the flight on October 7.

But the plane never took off. Instead, the flight was delayed by six hours, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., according to the lawsuit.

Miller’s group left the airport to eat dinner but when they returned, they were told they could not board the plane because they did not have “the necessary paperwork” to enter the United States.

Miller missed the photo shoot and a “replacement model” was hired, the company said. Jet Set promised to reimburse the clothing company, but never did.

The lawsuit reads: “Pepe Jeans was forced to expend additional resources to find and use a replacement model, although its ongoing ad campaign was premised on Ms. Miller’s participation.

“Hiring a replacement model at the last minute was costly but necessary, given the circumstances.”

A spokesman for California-based Jet Set had no comment.

Rhys Ifans has reportedly issued a marry-me-or-it’s-over ultimatum to Sienna Miller during a recent romantic trip to New York.

Sienna and Rhys were on a make-or-break holiday when the Welsh acor insisted they should announce their engagement - or end the relationship.

“Rhys is fed up with all the secrecy around their relationship and wants to make it a permanent thing,” says a source.

“He has asked Sienna to marry him and it’s the last time he will ask. He wants everyone to know they are officially an item.”

But the engagement ring remains in the box. “Sienna has yet to make a decision and Rhys can’t understand why,” adds the source.

“Sienna’s always trying to avoid the official relationship topic and is happy to keep it a low-profile affair.

The cosy pair, who braved the rainy weather in matching wellies, spent the afternoon searching for the perfect tree in preparation for their first Christmas together.

Having clearly abandoned efforts to keep their romance under wraps, they strolled along the street hand in hand during the Saturday afternoon outing.

The pair, who began their romance after the Welsh actor he was sleeping on her couch because “his houseboat was leaky”, recently returned from a getaway to Mexico.

And Sienna, is said to be keen to join him.

The source said: “Sienna also enjoys singing and has dreamed of one day being a rock star. Rhys has been encouraging her to do something about it.”
